Challenge 11 Editorial

Deliciously Tantalising Tales

Our tastebuds were extremely satiated with your stories and poems of food in various forms and styles in our Foody 400 Challenge. We read about revolting salads that took matters into their own hands; different cultural foods including an Afghan cooking lesson for a dish made during Spring called Samanak; good and bad experiences of dining out; chocolate as a comfort food; and many more foody experiences to whet our appetites.

I know everyone enjoyed reading your stories and poems and appreciated the creativity and eclectic style of writing. Our Spill the Beans team looks forward to our next challenge which will be coming soon.

Happy writing!
